Grampians Driving School offers conversion from automatic to manual drivers’ license, Vic Roads Medical Review Assessment and Occupation Therapist Driving Assessments
We can provide instruction for P plate drivers wishing to convert from automatic to a manual drivers’ license. If you have learnt to drive in an automatic vehicle, and want to learn to drive a manual vehicle, we can help you gain the skills to drive a manual. We can assist with the conversion from the ease of an automatic vehicle to a manual vehicle which sometimes can be more difficult. With assistance this difficulty is overcome and driving a manual can be as easy as driving an automatic.
Vic Roads Medical Review Assessment
Grampians Driving School is well versed in the requirements to successfully complete the Vic Roads Medical Review Assessment. This assessment reviews whether you are fit to drive. Certain medical conditions, such as dementia, diabetes, heart conditions or visual impairment may affect your ability to drive. It is strongly recommended that you book in a lesson prior.
Occupational Therapist Driving Assessments
Grampians Driving School can prepare you for an Occupational Therapist Driving Assessment. These assessments determine if there are any medical conditions or disabilities that you have may affect your driving capabilities. This is in accordance with Vic Roads assessments. We strongly recommend a lesson takes place prior to this. We require notice to arrange the use of Occupational Therapist driving aids. During this lesson, Peter will assess your sensory, physical, visual and thinking capabilities and your knowledge of road laws. We provide feedback on your driving capabilities and whether there is any conditions that effect your ability to drive safely.
